Refund Policy


For Digital Products

Kindly note that for digital products where you receive a digital file after your purchase there are no refunds. Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds and returns are not offered.

Although sales of Riëtte Cawthorn digital products are final, and we reserve the right to refund them.

We DO offer refunds:

  • If you purchased the same product twice.
  • If you inadvertently purchased a digital product that requires a particular software within 24 hours of purchase, we’ll be happy to switch the purchase for another product within the same price range. Please read the product’s description to make sure the digital pack is compatible with your software.

We DO NOT offer refunds:

  • If you’re no longer using the product.
  • If you’ve downloaded the product you want to return or exchange more than once.
  • Due to lack of software knowledge required to use the product or out of buyer’s remorse.

For Physical Products

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello @ riettecawthorn . com (no spaces) within 10 days of receiving your product.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with photos if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.


We will notify you oce we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be notified of your refund and will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
